Unified Ticketing System Includes Yerevan Metro

The unified ticketing system being implemented in public transport also includes the Yerevan Metro. This was reported by the Yerevan Metro authorities.

“Soon, necessary software and technical measures will be implemented, and ticket revenue collection will be carried out using modern methods, providing passengers with high-quality service,” the publication stated.

It was also noted that work in the Yerevan Metro is proceeding as usual. In the past week, the number of passenger transports reached 430,949, with 2,786 rolling stock taken out of service and 34 wooden beams replaced.
