Baku Installed Checkpoint in Lachin Corridor According to 'International Law': Aliyev
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has announced that Baku installed a checkpoint in the Lachin corridor in accordance with 'international law,' while also noting that Azerbaijan has faced pressures as a result of this move.
Speaking in the Lachin region, Aliyev stated, 'We did this to once again demonstrate our will, courage, and self-confidence,' adding that Azerbaijan has faced strong pressures and threats due to the opening of the checkpoint.
'This continues today. Various international organizations are weaving conspiracies against us on behalf of Armenia and its allies. But nothing can force us to deviate from our path,' Aliyev said.
It should be noted that Artsakh has been under blockade for 258 days.
