Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry Response to Armenian Foreign Ministry Statement
Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Ayhan Hacizade has responded to the statement made by Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ani Badalyan regarding yesterday's UN Security Council meeting.
The Azerbaijani official recalled that Armenia has ignored the UN Security Council's decisions from the 1990s for 30 years.
Hacizade also noted: “Instead of formulating unrealistic expectations within Armenian society and providing false explanations, the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs should regulate its relations with neighboring countries based on international law and refrain from destructive actions that hinder peace in the region.”
