VIDEO: We Are Not Ungrateful Children, We Are Grateful, Harutyunyan to Pashinyan

Official Yerevan accuses that the funds allocated from the state budget of Armenia to Artsakh have not been used properly. Araik Harutyunyan responded to this issue during an interview, noting how much money was transferred by Armenia. He mentioned that in 2020, Armenia allocated 136 billion drams, and the economy of Artsakh was gradually recovering, but the blockade halted that growth.
