Washington Displeased with the Situation in Ukraine, Says Zakharova
Washington is dissatisfied with the situation in Ukraine and insists that the country's armed forces continue their counteroffensive at all costs. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, during a briefing addressing the demands directed at Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky by the United States.
“The situation on the theater of operations is evidently displeasing to them (the U.S.). Now, Zelensky's regime is required to justify the investments made and to continue the counteroffensive at all costs,” the diplomat said.
