“The Ball is Now in Armenia's Court”: Zakharova
The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) would make a significant contribution to the stability of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border area, stated Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, during a briefing.
“Nagorno-Karabakh is not included in the CSTO's responsibility zone; however, the deployment of the organization’s mission in Armenia would substantially contribute to stabilizing the situation in the Armenian-Azerbaijani border area. But the ball is now in Armenia's court,” Zakharova said.
