Vitaly Balasanyan Faces Three Charges, Lawyer Says
Vitaly Balasanyan, the former Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, has been charged with three offenses following a search of his residence. The charges include the use of non-dangerous violence against a representative of the authorities, and the illegal possession of weapons, military supplies, and drugs. This information was reported by Balasanyan's lawyer, Rafael Martiroyan, in an interview with Radar Armenia.
According to Martiroyan, Balasanyan does not accept the charges brought against him.
It is worth noting that yesterday, the court rejected the request to detain Vitaly Balasanyan, the former Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh.
