Erdogan Announces Expectation of Putin's Visit to Turkey
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has announced that he expects Russian leader Vladimir Putin to visit Turkey in August. He made this statement before flying to Vilnius to attend the NATO summit, as reported by TRT.
Erdogan emphasized that if Putin's visit to Turkey takes place, the leaders of the two countries will certainly discuss topics such as the grain corridor and the Ukrainian conflict.
At the same time, the Turkish president added that he does not expect Putin to change his stance on Turkey's mediation efforts.
