Spain to Provide Assistance to Ukraine
Spain will support Ukraine "as much as necessary." This was announced by Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez during a meeting in Kyiv with President Zelensky.
Speaking before the Ukrainian Parliament, Sanchez promised to assist Ukraine "for as long as it takes, irrespective of the price that needs to be paid." Spain is set to send an additional 4 Leopard tanks, as well as armored vehicles and a mobile field hospital.
Moreover, Sanchez announced a new aid package for Ukraine amounting to 55 million euros, including 51 million euros through the World Bank to finance small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine.
