The Only Condition for Negotiations is Ukraine's Return to 1991 Borders

Ukrainian President Zelensky has stated that the only condition for negotiations will be Ukraine's return to its 1991 borders, which include territories of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia.

He also noted that he is well aware of the weapons available in each country, their quantity, and where they are stored. According to him, some high-ranking officials joke that he could lead the defense ministry of any European country.

In the president's words, it is currently unclear when Ukraine will be able to acquire F-16s.
