India Ready to Invest in Restoring Peace in Ukraine
India is prepared to invest in restoring peace in Ukraine. This was stated by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during a press conference with U.S. President Joe Biden.
“The COVID pandemic and the Ukrainian conflict have particularly affected the countries of the Global South. We believe that it is necessary for all countries to come together to address these issues. From the very beginning of the events in Ukraine, India has emphasized resolving disputes through dialogue and diplomacy,” he stated.
Modi highlighted that India is ready to make “any investment in the matter of restoring peace.”
It is noteworthy that the Indian Prime Minister is on a state visit to the United States.
