Collision Between Lexus and Two Opel Zafira Vehicles on Yerevan-Sevan Highway Leaves One Injured

On June 6, at 13:22, a call was received at the crisis management center of the Kotayk regional rescue service notifying an accident on the Yerevan-Sevan highway, with a citizen trapped and in need of rescue assistance.

According to the police, a rescue team from the special rescue operations division of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that at kilometer 13 of the Yerevan-Sevan highway, a collision occurred involving a Lexus (driver: P. P., born in 2002), an Opel Zafira (driver: M. M., born in 1993), and another Opel Zafira (driver: V. D., born in 1984).

The rescuers extracted passenger A. L. (born in 1969) from the Opel Zafira and transported them to the ambulance, which subsequently hospitalized them at the Surb Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center in Yerevan.
