Alexander Volkov to Be Replaced by Alexander Lentsov
Aleksandr Volkov will be replaced by Aleksandr Lentsov, who holds the rank of Colonel-General. This has been reported by ‘Hayrapet’.

He is coming to the region, so to speak, to stabilize the situation,” the article states.
Earlier reports had indicated that the Russian authorities decided to recall Alexander Volkov, the commander of Russian peacekeepers in Artsakh.
