On April 11, near the village of Tegh, there were no changes in the frontline positions following the Azerbaijani provocation, and the Armenian army has excellently fulfilled its assigned tasks. This was stated by Armen Khachatryan, Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security.
“Our forces gave a worthy response, and after the response, combat operations began. The army has excellently accomplished its assigned tasks, and our soldiers provided a deserving answer to Azerbaijan's aggression yesterday,” Khachatryan said.

It is worth noting that on April 11, around 16:00, a group of Azerbaijani armed forces approached the Armenian military personnel in the Syunik region, near the village of Tegh, under the pretext of clarifying the deployment points at the border, provoking and opening fire from firearms, and then from various caliber weapons in the direction of the Armenian Armed Forces personnel and positions.
As a result of the Azerbaijani provocation, the Armenian side has suffered 4 fatalities and 6 injuries. As of April 12 at 08:00, the situation on the frontline remains relatively stable.
