Who is the Woman who Threw an Umbrella at Pashinyan?

During a visit to Vayots Dzor, the woman who threw an umbrella at Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has been identified as a displaced resident from Berdzor. This information was provided to News.am by Garik Nazaryan, the mayor of Malishka, who added that the woman lives in their village on rent.

“Malishka is a large village, many families from Berdzor live here, I cannot say who she was,” the mayor stated.

He recounted that he was beside Pashinyan during the visit and did not notice the incident.

As reported later by the Investigative Committee, the woman who threw the umbrella at Pashinyan has been arrested.
