Musk to Visit China Amid Tensions Between China and the US
American billionaire and founder of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk, is scheduled to visit China on April 8. This was reported by Bloomberg.
A source familiar with Musk's upcoming plans revealed that the prominent businessman intends to visit Tesla's factory in Shanghai and meet with local government representatives.
Tesla has yet to comment on Bloomberg's inquiry regarding Musk's potential visit. Nevertheless, the media outlet finds the trip particularly noteworthy amid the recent tensions in US-China relations.
It is expected that Tesla's Vice President Tom Zhu will accompany Musk during the visit.
