This was stated by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, in a conversation with journalists regarding the recent incident where he was called a 'traitor' by a citizen at Cascade.

No one has the right to insult anyone, especially elected officials. There is a legislative interpretation, in this regard, no one has beaten anyone, did not hit anyone’s head against the toilet, didn't break anything, and there is no prosecution. I expressed my opinion about his freedom of speech. It may have seemed to him that something like this happened or he thought something like that occurred during the conversation,” said Simonyan.
