The Civil Contract Party Officially Nominates Anahit Manasyan for Human Rights Defender
The Civil Contract faction has officially nominated Anahit Manasyan for the position of Human Rights Defender. This information was shared by the faction's secretary, Arthur Hovhannisyan, on his Facebook page.
It is noteworthy that Anahit Manasyan currently serves as the Deputy Prosecutor General.
As previously mentioned, the opposition factions 'I Have Honor' and 'Armenia' have decided to nominate Edgar Ghazaryan for the vacant Ombudsman position.
The opposition factions had earlier indicated that they would support political figure Edgar Ghazaryan as the candidate for the Human Rights Defender.
