Armenians and Azerbaijanis Have Never Been Integrated, Says Artsakh Prime Minister
Yes, for a certain period, Armenians and Azerbaijanis living in Artsakh coexisted, but they have never been integrated because throughout this entire time, there have been numerous crimes committed against the Armenians of Artsakh by Azerbaijan, motivated by national identity. These crimes included violations against life and health, as well as against property. This statement was made today, March 23, at a press conference in Artsakh by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Gurgen Nersisyan, who addressed the thesis of 'integration' put forward by Azerbaijan.
'The thesis brought forward by Azerbaijan has never been a reality since the 20th century. Therefore, these are false arguments and claims aimed at misleading the international community and turning its wishes into reality. Our task should be to present the entire content and essence of this issue to the international community. If we want to achieve success, all our efforts must be directed towards presenting this entire picture to the international community. We must be able to fully convey the truth and communicate directly with international actors,' he said.
