Video: Proposed amendment allows workers of retirement age to sign indefinite contracts

Ruben Sargsyan, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, presented a package of draft amendments to the Labor Code in the National Assembly.

“One of the proposed changes is regarding the dismissal of citizens who have reached retirement age. We suggest eliminating this as a basis for termination. Additionally, we are providing the opportunity to sign indefinite contracts,” said the official.
