The Threat of Genocide Against Armenians in Artsakh is Serious: The Lemkin Institute Calls on World Leaders

Azerbaijan is testing us. We must take seriously the threat of genocide against Armenians occurring in Artsakh. Today, the Lemkin Institute for the Prevention of Genocide issued a call on its Twitter account to the leaders of governments around the world, particularly U.S. President Joe Biden, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, and French President Emmanuel Macron, urging them to seriously consider the threats of genocide against Armenians in Artsakh. The world cannot allow another Armenian genocide.

The institute had also made such a call at the beginning of January, urging immediate action to prevent a second Armenian genocide. It was noted that Aliyev's genocidal regime is intensifying.
