IAEA Chief to Visit Moscow
The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, will visit Moscow on December 22, as announced by Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia's ambassador in Vienna, according to TASS. He stated that the agenda will include the establishment of a security zone around the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP).
Representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Russian National Guard, Rosatom, and Rostekhnadzor will participate in the consultations.
Previously, the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation indicated that direct trilateral negotiations between Moscow, Kyiv, and the IAEA regarding the security zone around the ZNPP are impossible due to the current state of Russian-Ukrainian relations.
