We Must Put an End to This Nonsense, Says Marukyan
Azerbaijan's "environmental activists" have taken it upon themselves to inspect humanitarian cargo and ensure the unobstructed passage of supplies through the Lachin corridor. This was stated by Armenia's special envoy Edmond Marukyan.
"It turns out they have unlawfully claimed the right to impose customs control. We must put an end to this nonsense," Marukyan states.
Let us recall that since December 12, Azerbaijani so-called "environmental activists" have unilaterally blocked the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia, creating a humanitarian disaster. People are unable to return to their homes, children cannot reach their parents, and critically ill patients cannot be transported to Armenian medical facilities. Supplies of medicine and food are depleting day by day, and importing goods has become impossible.
