Uruguay's Senate Unanimously Calls on Azerbaijan to Ensure Free Movement Through the Lachin Corridor
Uruguay's Senate has unanimously adopted a statement calling on Azerbaijan to ensure free movement through the Lachin Corridor. This was reported on the Twitter page of the South American Armenian National Council's representation.
It should be noted that for the 9th consecutive day, Azerbaijan has closed the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia and the world. The population of Artsakh, numbering 120,000, including 30,000 children, is under blockade. The supply of food, medicine, and essential goods has been halted. Patients in extremely critical condition are unable to be transferred to Armenia for treatment.
Due to Azerbaijan's criminal actions, Artsakh has found itself on the brink of a humanitarian crisis.
