The Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, addressed the situation surrounding the Lachin corridor in the National Assembly, assuring that the government is utilizing all available tools to resolve the crisis.

According to Grigoryan, "According to the November 9 statement, the R.F. is the guarantor of the security of the Lachin corridor, and I would call on the opposition to also work in this direction, so that the R.F. fulfills its obligations and ensures unhindered, safe transit in the Lachin corridor. We are also working with the R.F. to reopen the Lachin corridor as soon as possible, and the provocation organized by Azerbaijan for ethnic cleansing purposes should alert everyone. The government is using all the tools at its disposal to resolve the crisis."
