The U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken wrote on his Twitter page: “I urged Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to maintain the pace of negotiations following the conversation between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan that took place in Washington on November 7.”
