If They Don't Show Up for Work, What Right Do They Have to Complain About Sessions? Yeghoyan on Opposition

Educational reforms and issues related to road construction should be set aside; should we do nothing? Tomorrow, that same student will be going forth with their education and contributing to our state and army, right? This was stated by ruling faction MP Arman Yeghoyan during a press briefing with journalists in the National Assembly, addressing the parliamentary opposition's criticisms regarding the discussion of non-agenda issues in the current situation.

“I would accept the opposition’s criticism if they came, did something, and said, ‘We are doing this, but you are not supporting us.’ But if they don’t show up for work, what right do they have to say that we are doing nothing? And if they are politically boycotting, then they should not complain about the sessions being brief. At least they have started coming to international missions, meaning they do not boycott international trips, but they are boycotting the work of our parliament,” Yeghoyan said.
