Dmitry Peskov: 'The Hysterical Reaction to Partial Mobilization is Difficult to Understand'
The hysterical reaction to the partial mobilization is difficult to understand. There was a lack of information, but now there is plenty, said Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President, in a conversation with journalists. This information was reported by RIA Novosti.
'Such a hysterical and extremely emotional reaction could have been understood in the first hours after the announcement (of the partial mobilization), even on the first day, because there was indeed a certain lack of information, which is also understandable and explicable,' Peskov stated. He declared that there is no longer a lack of information regarding the partial mobilization.
It should be noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the Russian people, announcing the partial mobilization in Russia, considering it a decision that is fully appropriate to the current threats.
