VIDEO: Typhoon in Primorye Claims Lives, 13 Settlements Still Cut Off from Land

In Primorye, three people have died as a result of the 'Chinaman' typhoon, according to regional leader Oleg Kozhemyako. He reported that a man drowned, and the current swept away two women from different areas. Thirteen settlements remain cut off from the mainland.

Additionally, the situation regarding roads is currently very complicated, with 70 out of 100 kilometers of roads in the Lazovsky district rendered unusable. In places where the water has receded, repair works are underway, and 14 out of 18 intercity bus routes have already been restored.
