VIDEO: "No matter what work is done, it will not satisfy citizens who have lost their loved ones," says Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations
"Citizens who have lost their loved ones have completely understandable pain. I am confident that no matter what work is done, it will not satisfy them for understandable reasons," said Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Artyush Grigoryan during a conversation with reporters regarding the outrage of citizens.
"Currently, we have received 16 reports regarding missing persons, and there are 6 casualties," he noted.
It is worth mentioning that on August 14, around 13:23, an explosion occurred at the 'Surmalu' shopping center. A total of 185 rescuers are participating in the firefighting and search operations, along with twenty water trucks, twelve trucks, five tractors, three aerial cranes, and seven units of additional equipment from the Yerevan City Hall.
Rescue teams from Shirak and Tavush have also been dispatched to the scene.
