VIDEO: Rubinyan on 'Zangezur' Corridor Discussions and Relations with Turkey
Since the beginning of this process, Armenia has exhibited a constructive approach. Armenia has political will and has demonstrated political will, but the success of the process depends on Turkey's constructiveness and political will. This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister and Armenia’s representative in the Armenia-Turkey normalization process, Ruben Rubinyan, during a conversation with journalists regarding the normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations.
“Until now, there hasn’t been any significant progress. That is visible,” emphasized the envoy.
According to him, the issue of border redetermination is not being discussed, as there is no such issue. “There are slightly different statements from various Turkish officials regarding their coordination or agreement with Azerbaijan on the process,” noted Rubinyan.
