VIDEO: Babayan on the Terms for Russian Peacekeepers Remaining in Artsakh
A presentation of a book titled "Issues of Artsakh and the Foreign Policy of the Republic of Artsakh" took place a short while ago at the Permanent Representation of Artsakh in Yerevan. During the event, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh, Davit Babayan, also answered questions from journalists.
In response to a question from Auroranews.am regarding the possibility of Azerbaijan demanding the withdrawal of Russian peacekeepers after five years, Babayan stated, "It's not that simple. If the issue of Artsakh is not resolved and the situation is not settled, I don't believe the peacekeepers will leave." The full response from the minister can be viewed in the video.
