Opposition to Free France Square: Bagramyan26
The opposition has decided to clear the France Square of tents, reports Bagramyan26 Telegram channel, citing its sources. It is noted that this will be announced today by Ishkhan Saghatelyan and presented as a transition from localized struggle to a broader movement.
The channel mentions that there are additional details that will be presented soon.
Auroranews attempted to clarify with the opposition whether they would indeed clear France Square and when, but our calls went unanswered.
It is reminded that on April 17, Arthur Vanetsyan, the head of the Homeland party, addressed citizens via Facebook Live from Liberty Square, calling on them to join their struggle, and on April 22, Ishkhan Saghatelyan, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly and member of the Armenia faction, announced the start of street protests.
