Bulgarian National Team Players Involved in Accident in Tbilisi
Bulgarian national team players have been involved in an accident in Tbilisi, where their match against the Georgian national team is set to take place on June 12 as part of the Nations League.
According to BTV, the accident occurred while the Bulgarian players, who had just arrived in the Georgian capital, were traveling from the airport to their hotel in two buses, one of which collided with the other.
Midfielder Todor Nedelchev sustained serious injuries after being hit by shards of broken glass during the accident. The 29-year-old player has undergone surgery, and his life is not in danger.
