Republican Party Members Did Not Attend Yesterday's March, They Were at a Wedding: 'Hraparak'
The Republican Party members did not participate in yesterday's rally of the 'Resistance Movement'. Instead, they were at a wedding with the entire party elite.
According to 'Hraparak' newspaper, the wedding was of Jacqueline, the daughter of Arman Sahakyan, former head of the Property Management Department and son of former National Assembly President Galust Sahakyan, and Hayk, son of former Water Committee chairman Arsen Harutyunyan.
The wedding ceremony took place at the 'Florens' restaurant, owned by former Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan. Almost all prominent Republican Party members, led by Serge Sargsyan, were present at the wedding. This is why the responsibility for the salvation of the homeland mainly fell on the shoulders of the 'Armenia' alliance yesterday.
The newspaper also reported that there were no guests invited from the Kocharian faction.
