VIDEO. Memorandum on the Sale of Armenian Stock Exchange Shares Signed in Davos
The Director of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Marek Dietl, and the Director of the Armenian Stock Exchange, Haik Eghanyan, have signed a memorandum of intent regarding the acquisition of 65.03% of the shares of the Armenian Stock Exchange by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. This information was reported by the Central Bank of Armenia.
The document was signed in Davos during the World Economic Forum with the participation of the President of the Republic of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan, and the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda.
According to the announcement, the signing of the main contract will take place in June in Armenia.
