The Red Berets have brought a 13-year-old minor, Arai, to the police station. This was reported by lawyer Robert Hayrapetyan.
"We are at the 'Erebuni' police station again. You won't believe it, but the Red Berets have brought a MINOR, 13-year-old Arai," he wrote, sharing a photo of the 13-year-old boy with MP Elinar Vardanyan.
