Shoigu Has Not Responded to Pentagon Calls Since February
During budget hearings in the U.S. Senate, Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin stated that he has been periodically trying to contact Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu since February, but all attempts have been unsuccessful.
