Our Sons Did Not Shed Blood for Us to Be Silent Today: Relatives of Fallen Soldiers Protested Near Government Building

A number of parents of missing and fallen soldiers from the Tsori military unit held a protest near the government building just past midnight.

"We are near the government building. If you care at all about our country, our nation, our homeland, come join us, we are waiting. We are the relatives of fallen soldiers; our sons did not shed blood for us to be silent today. Our boys fought heroically; they are no longer with us, and we must continue their work. We do not have a single piece of land to give to the Turks, especially with the steps our government is taking to hand over our territory one by one, dear people. We are the masters of our land. I am waiting for you, dear people," said Yeghishe Zakunts, a relative of a fallen soldier.
