What is the Situation in Kharamor? Commentary from the Village Head
The situation in the village of Kharamor in the Askeran region is currently calm. Kharamor's village head, Zorik Abrahamyan, stated in an interview with Factinfo, "At present, Kharamor is calm; there is no shelling, no gunfire, everything is quiet, everything is fine, I can't say anything more than that." The village head chose not to provide further details.
It should be noted that the Artsakh Defense Army reported that on March 26, around 11:00 AM, Azerbaijani military units again resorted to aggressive actions, using small arms of various calibers in an attempt to advance towards the eastern frontlines of Artsakh, in an area under the responsibility of the Russian peacekeeping contingent.
