Ukraine Asks Russia to Revoke Recognition of Donetsk and Luhansk Independence
Ukraine has requested that Russia revoke its decision to recognize the independence of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), and has called for a return to negotiations.
This was announced on February 22 by Ukraine's permanent representative to the United Nations.
