Karen Andreasian held a press briefing with journalists today, February 4th, following the first meeting of the Constitutional Reform Council. He also addressed the resignation of Armen Sarkissian, stating that the latter rushed his decision. This council was supposed to resolve the issues surrounding his mandate.
