Russian Troops Are Not Present at the Ukrainian Border: Russia's Permanent Representative at the UN
There are no Russian troops at the border with Ukraine, and Moscow does not understand where the West has obtained its data regarding their numbers, said Vasily Nebenzya, Russia's Permanent Representative at the UN, according to kp.ru.
"Russian troops are not at the border with Ukraine; they are in the same places as always," the diplomat stated during a press conference.
Nebenzya described the UN Security Council meeting on the situation around Ukraine, convened at the suggestion of the United States, as a provocation equivalent to a call for war.
