Lavrov on Russia's Foreign Policy
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has stated that Russia is actively promoting the peaceful, diplomatic resolution of crises in various regions, including Nagorno-Karabakh, Syria, and elsewhere.
Lavrov made this comment during his speech at a State Duma plenary session on the topic of "Current Issues of Russia's Foreign Policy." He said, "We are actively contributing to the peaceful political and diplomatic resolution of crisis situations in various regions, whether it be Nagorno-Karabakh, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, the Arab-Israeli conflict, the situation on the Korean Peninsula, or Iran's nuclear program."
According to the Foreign Minister, such efforts contribute to the overall improvement of the global situation and affirm the credibility of the Russian side as a reliable international partner.
