Zas Informs UN's Miroslav Encha About the Situation at the Armenian-Azerbaijani Border
The Secretary General of the CSTO, Stanislav Zas, discussed the situation at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in a conversation with Miroslav Encha, the UN Secretary-General's Assistant for Political Affairs.
According to him, the situation in the CSTO's Caucasian region continues to remain relatively calm, reports RUSARMINFO.
“Practical work on state border delimitation and demarcation is necessary for the further resolution of the situation,” Zas stated. He noted that a relatively calm atmosphere in the region has been established thanks to the agreements reached between Yerevan and Baku, mediated by Russia.
