UN Publishes Report by Artsakh Human Rights Defender as Official Document
Gegam Stepanyan, the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, wrote on his Facebook page: "The report of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Artsakh titled 'Persecutions and Trials Based on False Accusations Against Armenian Soldiers and Civilians Held Captive by Azerbaijan' has been circulated as an official document within the United Nations (UN)."
