What Bayramov and Cavusoglu Discussed
The Turkish Foreign Minister had a phone conversation today with his Azerbaijani counterpart, during which the parties addressed the situation in the South Caucasus, as well as Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.
According to official Baku, specifically, Jeyhun Bayramov and Mevlut Cavusoglu discussed the progress of the agreements reached between the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia, and exchanged views on the implementation of the '3+3' format involving the three countries of the region and their three neighboring countries: Russia, Turkey, and Iran.
'The ministers also discussed the upcoming meeting of foreign ministers in Pakistan under the framework of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, as well as other issues of mutual interest,' reported Azerbaijan's foreign ministry.
