The Demarcation and Delimitation Process is Not Linked to the Artsakh Conflict, Says MP
The demarcation and delimitation process should not be linked to the peaceful resolution of the Artsakh conflict. This was stated by Maria Karapetyan, a member of the ruling Civil Contract faction, during a session of the National Assembly of Armenia on December 7.
She emphasized that Armenia has its own sovereign territory that must be protected, including through the processes of demarcation and delimitation. "It is also important to consider that the format for the peaceful resolution of the Artsakh conflict is the co-chairmanship of the OSCE Minsk Group. Linking the issue of resolution with the processes of demarcation and delimitation does not serve the interests of Armenia and Artsakh," Karapetyan highlighted.
