Necessary Conditions Exist for Achieving Peace: Cavuşoğlu
Currently, there are necessary conditions for achieving sustainable peace in the South Caucasus, Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlüt Cavuşoğlu stated in Stockholm during the OSCE Foreign Ministers' meeting.
“A window of opportunity has opened in the Caucasus for solid peace. The OSCE Minsk Group, its co-chairs, and permanent members can contribute to this issue,” said Cavuşoğlu, emphasizing that they should take into account the “new realities created in the region.”
The meeting is also attended by the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan. Yesterday, a representative from the European Union's foreign ministry announced that Bayramov and Mirzoyan would hold a bilateral meeting here, the fourth since the last war in Nagorno-Karabakh.
