Military Reform is a Myth: Movses Hakobyan
In the trilateral agreement from November 9, 2020, there are points that have not been implemented yet, and the discussion is not only about the return of prisoners of war. Former Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, Lieutenant General Movses Hakobyan stated this during an interview on 24TV.
According to him, Azerbaijan is well aware of this, and unfortunately, the implementation of this point would come at a painful cost for us. “The Syunik corridor is the last point that has not yet been realized. According to this point, all transport communications should be opened, and generally everything that was signed on November 9 must be fully implemented,” Hakobyan said.
He also commented on the military reforms announced by the Armenian authorities, asserting that they are myths.
